Taberele, ca de obicei, sunt 2 mari si late: aia nervosi pe trafic si transportul in comun, si aia care sustin biciclete\/mersul pe jos\/alternative ecologice\/etc.<\/p>\n<p>Ie-te ca adaug si eu o piatra aruncata in lacul asta inutil constituit de comentariile online, a caror valoare in cele din urma e egala cu antica batere a apei in piua. Nota bene, perspectiva asta vine de la un vajnic muncitor pe campul tastaturii care a incercat mai multe posibilitati si variante de deplasare in Bucuresti. O diferenta ar fi c-am avut ocazia in mai multe randuri sa vad si cum se face &#8220;la altii&#8221;, si pot sa accept realist plusurile si minusurile, in loc sa ma-nchid dupa rezolutii pompoase de genul &#8220;mergeti pe jos ca-i mai sanatos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Deci, se da ca scop al problemei ajungerea la birou, care-i situat undeva-n partea de nord a Bucurestiului, acolo unde-i cea mai mare aglomeratie de fibre optice si tastaturi pe metru patrat, marele &#8220;think tank&#8221; (o zic ironic) unde si-au facut toate companiile de calculatoristi sediu. Puncte de plecare in ecuatie sunt 2: ori din Bucuresti, unde-am stat, ori din Ploiesti, unde stau.<\/p>\n<p>Inainte de-a va inflama cu afirmatii de genul &#8220;ce-ti trebuie sa stai in Ploiesti&#8221;, treziti-va la realitate: asta-i evolutia normala, si se intalneste foarte des in afara tarii. Orice om normal la cap isi doreste sa stea naibii linistit, departe de agitatie, eventual intr-o casa pe pamant si nu intr-un sarcofag de beton intr-un bloc comunist. Evident, optiunea asta nu prea functioneaza atunci cand lucrezi in orase mari, din cauza lipsei spatiului si a implicitului cost foarte ridicat. Da, mi-ar placea sa am un P+1 in Bucuresti, nu, nu-mi permit si nu-mi voi permite probabil in viata asta. In Uruguay aveam oameni care stateau la 20-25 km de birou, aici in Belgia sunt colegi care fac 120 km dus intors zilnic (cu trenul sau masina). Piata se schimba, joburile se muta, vitezele si distantele cresc, nu mai lucreaza nimeni toata viata la aceeasi fabrica pentru a te incapatana sa stai la 5 minute de birou.<\/p>\n<p>Prima varianta era cu statul in Bucuresti, care s-a nimerit a fi taman in partea de vest a orasului, intr-un cartier construit de Ceasescu cu titlu de &#8220;muncitoresc&#8221;. Am avut noroc, si-am avut metrou, care s-a lamurit repede a fi cea mai buna si rapida varianta. Daca nu era, ramaneam la indemana RATB-ului, cu timpi de ~40-60 minute doar pana in centru. Cu metroul, faceam intre 60 si 70 de minute, cronometrat pe ceas; mi se pare imens, pentru aproximativ 11 km in subteran, asa ca am trecut la investigatii detaliate. Rezultat? din astea 60-70 de minute, efectiv mergeam doar 25. Restul erau petrecute asteptand in statie, si urcand\/coborand scari prea inguste atunci cand trebuia sa schimb, si trebuia sa schimb de 2 ori. Inca am flashbackuri asasine cand imi aduc aminte de turma de oameni de la Unirii, aglomerandu-se pe niste scari infect de inguste (nu rulante, fereasca sfantul, alea dureaza 3 ani pana ies din reparatii). <\/p>\n<p>Mai are rost sa pomenesc cum arata orice rama de metrou la 8-9 dimineata, cum miroase in vagoane mai ales vara, cum arata peroanele, cum astepti ca boul peste 10 minute la ore de varf? nu. Adaugand si mersul pe jos de la si spre statie, deja se fac 90-100 de minute la un singur drum, inmultind cu 2 ca ne si intoarcem, 3 ore zilnice petrecute in stil bou vagon. Deci pica.<\/p>\n<p>A doua varianta, ne-ntoarcem in Ploiesti. Am avut o luna permisul auto suspendat, deci am testat si transportul in comun. Trebuie sa recunosc comoditatea aproximativa a acestei variante, data de pusul fundului in tren, fara a avea grija volanului si feririi altor dobitoci cu care partajez soseaua. Insa, prima problema e transportul in comun din Ploiesti; ca s-ajung la gara, am la dispozitie 1 (un) troleibuz similar unei rame cu bretele, care face vreo 40 de minute pan&#8217; la gara; taxiul face cam 10 minute, deci deja costuri suplimentare. Daca ratez trenul, mai am unul in aceeasi directie peste abia 2 ore. In care tren, 70% din calatorii au fost fara loc (desi aveam abonament pe Intercity); cum se intampla asta? simplu, pentru ca n-a fost zi in care sa nu vad oameni care nu aveau bilet si plateau &#8220;nasului&#8221; calatoria. Ajuns in Bucuresti, trebuie sa iau iar metroul si sa schimb o data; timp total: 10 taxi + 10 asteptat + 50 min trenul + 40 minute metrou + 10 minute mers pe jos, deja 2 ore. 10 lei x 20 de zile la taxi + 500 de lei abonamentul pe-o luna + 50 de lei metroul + 20 de lei autobuzul la intors = aproape 200 de euro lunar, si asta fara deplasarile de seara luate in calcul.<\/p>\n<p>Si ramane varianta 3, cea ramasa in practica: cu masina, din Ploiesti pana in Bucuresti. Cu detectorul de radar in geam si cunoscand camerele fixe, plus factorul de risc &#8220;politist cu instant on la radar&#8221;, viteza medie pe intregul traseu e undeva la 45-50 km\/h (vezi grafic). Distanta totala plecare-sosire este 62 km, deci fara evenimente neprevazute timpul total nu depaseste 1,5 ore. Dupa terminarea pasajului de la Baneasa, ma astept sa scada la 1 ora. Iar in masina proprie, imi aleg temperatura, imi aleg muzica, pot fuma linistit, nu trebuie sa suport discutii imbecile purtate de prea multi decibeli, nu trebuie sa imi aduc aminte ca unii nu suporta sapunul si apa calda, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Asa ca atata timp cat:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; RATBul nu va avea banda exclusiva in oras, timpul de mers cu autobuzul va fi aproximativ acelasi cu masina, minus confortul<br \/>\n&#8211; metroul nu isi va extinde reteaua si nu va scadea timpul de tranzit prin imbunatatirea fluxului de calatori in statii, respectiv reducerea timpului dintre sosirea trenurilor la 2-3 minute in orele de varf, ramane cea mai buna solutie dintre cele existente, dar exista mult loc de imbunatatire<br \/>\n&#8211; CFRul nu va deveni profitabil prin eliminarea calatorilor fraudulenti, si eficient prin cresterea vitezei medii (de-abia si-au introdus maretul sistem de cumparare a biletelor online, pe cand in alte tari imi pot planui trasee intregi la nivel de minut, incluzand toate retelele de transport disponibile)<br \/>\n&#8211; site-uri de genul <a href=\"http:\/\/www.erideshare.com\/\">eRideShare<\/a> nu au succes la noi, din multiple motive pe care si le poate imagina fiecare<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; voi prefera sa imi pastrez masina si volanul meu, multumesc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tocmai ce trebuie sa se fi incheiat greva Metrorex, care conform presei din Romania a dat peste cap traficul bucurestean si-a provocat nenumarate comentarii in ziare si articole furioase pe diverse bloguri.
